Use a Telecom Broker To Make The Right Decision

Written by: Curtis Burnside, CCNA - Jul 4, 2008

Telecommunications contracts can be much like a marriage and as we all know there are good and bad marriages. The fact is, when you enter into a telecommunications contract with a provider for data bandwidth or voice service you may enter into a long term contract. Telecommunications contracts for T1's and T3's typically range from 1 year to 3 years. Anything longer than a 3 year contract is usually only seen in very large applications like OC3 and OC12 or complex Wide Area Networks.

While the term of the contract will not be a problem if you have the right provider, the contract could prove burdensome if you don't choose wisely. That's why hundreds of clients use The Telecom Broker to walk them through the options and show them the providers and services available. A broker or independent agent can help reduce the time it takes to shop for a T1 provider by asking the right questions, designing the network if required and then searching multiple providers to get the service that is right for you.

The agent helps steer clear of the bias you would receive when speaking with only a single vendor.

Remember the network service provider you select will be your partner for some time to come, so use our free service to help you make an informed decision. When shopping for a T1 provider we suggest using a broker and asking for referrals from current customers to give you an indication of what you can expect. Click here for a no obligation Quick Quote We have created a system that equalizes the carriers and makes them easier to compare by laying them out side by side and showing the features of each service. Need more help? We also have consultants that will assist you free of charge. We are paid by the carrier only upon successful provisioning of your service with one of our many providers, so you needn't worry about being pushed into a contract that may not be right for you. Get your price, ask your questions and be certain when you make your choice.
