Can global tel or jail put a block on my phone?
I talk to my brother at least 3 times a day. Today when i tried to put money on my prepay account it kept saying my card was declined , even though im 100% sure that the money was available. So i tried with the SAME card to put the money on my cousin phone & it went through. Did global tel or the jail put a block on my phone number ?
